Life Coaching With the Tarot and Energy Healing Modalities

Life coaching in combination with the tarot and energy healing modalities, can assist and support you in achieving your desired objectives and gives you the tools to transform whatever areas of your life you choose.  It should be the coach’s mission to empower, encourage, and motivate you to reach success in these areas.
Incorporating the tarot in the life coaching process,  can further aid you in identifying your life purpose,  assist you in making positive decisions, and help you recognize blocks that may be standing in your way to success.  It can warn you ahead of time of seemingly negative events so you can either avoid them altogether, help you accept them, or react to them differently than you normally would.  The tarot won't tell you what will happen, but what is likely to happen if you continue on the same course you are currently on.  You can always change your course of action and thus change the outcome.
After giving you a tarot reading, the life coach can assist you in creating a plan of action that is adaptable to your current lifestyle.  Further sessions will assist you in determining your core values, setting goal priorities, clearly defining the steps necessary to achieve them, and beginning the process of setting and accomplishing your goals.  Many coaches also compose vision statements for their clients or help them write their own.  They may also use visualization techniques,  hypnotherapy, NLP, self suggestion tapes, affirmations,  and other law of attraction tools designed to progress you quickly on your road to success.

While many coaches are not certified in energy healing modalities, some are, and use manifestation and releasing energy work, such as Attraction Reiki, Abundance Flush and other healing modalities to assist in releasing blocks and allowing positive energy to flow into any areas that need healing.  Releasing energy blockages in your aura, chakras, and meridians, along with the life coaching techniques and the tarot, makes it much easier for you to shift your beliefs, attract your personal power, and ultimately your success.

If you feel stuck in your career, your relationships are suffering or you would like to know what your life purpose is, do yourself a favor, and find your self a qualified life coach.  There are many niches in life coaching, so you will want to do some research, but if you are committed to making a permanent change for the better, the effort you put into it will be worth it.

Play - Recreate the Old Magic

One of the most important things we can do for ourselves is to learn not to take ourselves and life so seriously.  Being a responsible adult is important, but don’t forget that you are much more than that. Slowing down, taking a break from work, and having fun is good for your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health.  Enjoying life is just as essential to your well -being as paying your bills on time and taking out the trash.

Play and creative expression is an important aspect of life that a lot of us forget as we get older, and earthly responsibilities can literally run our lives if we let them.  Do you remember the fun you had as a child playing dress up or making roads in the dirt with your hot wheels cars?  Everything seemed magical to you then didn’t it? Do you ever wonder where that sparkle went?  Think back to what you liked to do when you were a child and revisit the feeling of wonder and how it felt to make believe.

If you were good at drawing, painting, sewing, writing, or any other creative outlet; you came into this world with your sense of play and imagination intact.   What made you stop doing the things you loved? Was it feelings of inadequacy, or well- meaning parents, teachers, or friends?  Whatever it was, that hidden spark of creative genius is waiting to be tapped again.

Take some time to look at recreating the sense of enchantment and delight you may have left behind years ago.   I promise your life can quickly become magical again.

Heart Works: Chios Energy Field Healing

Heart Works: Chios Energy Field Healing

Chios Energy Field Healing

Chios energy field healing is a healing art that can correct energetic defects and help to restore the auric field to its natural, healthy state.  Chios works to restore the energy system, and special tools and techniques are used that work on the chakra system and higher layers of the aura.

Chios treatments can clear energy impurities, repair leaks and tears in the aura, correct energy depletion and disturbances in energy flow, clear blocked chakras, and balance and charge the chakra system.  People can benefit physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally when the energy system is restored and balanced.  Unlike some other energy healing systems, Chios can be used to focus on specific areas of the body and energy system allowing these areas to heal at a faster rate.

Many people have experienced and felt enormous benefits from the use of this healing art, including the master healers and teachers.  It can be used as a spiritual tool to raise your vibratory rate and includes meditation tools for spiritual enrichment.

Writing Effective Affirmations

Affirmations are positive written and/or verbal statements you say to yourself  on a daily basis to help reprogram your thoughts into a more positive mindset.  When you consistently read or verbalize affirmations for 30 (some say 20) days, it becomes a habit, which will transform your thoughts, and ultimately your behavior.  In no time, you will see yourself manifesting more abundance in your life.

It is best to use your own words, as your words give your affirmations more power.  If you run across an affirmation that someone else wrote that speaks to you, rewrite it in your own communication style.

Be clear and mindful of what you want and write your affirmations in well-defined language.

Keep them positive and as short as possible.  The longer the affirmations, the less likely you will read them consistently.  keep them in the present tense.  Leave out negative and/or powerless words, such as not, don't, can't try, etc.  Using these words will reverse the energy and you'll get what you don't want.

Examples:

I am a successful business woman.
I have many incredible relationships and feel truly loved.
Money comes to me easily and all my needs are met abundantly.

Read your affirmations 3 times a day if possible.  In the early morning when you get up, or just before you retire for the evening are the best, because your mind is the most receptive at these times.  of course, if you find it difficult to commit to these times, read them whenever you can.  Place them around your house or office so that their visible.  They're meant to be reminders, so don't put them in a binder where you won't see them.  Remember that the old saying, "Out of sight out of mind" really does come into play here.

Many people get great results with recording and listening to their affirmations and this is certainly an option if you have more of an auditory learning style than visual.
